By accessing or using Hology Engine ("the Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use any parts of the service. if you are above the age of 13, but below the legal age majority, this service may only be used with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using Hology Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms that may be provided within the Application.

2. License

2.1 Hology Interactive AB grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for your personal or commercial purposes.

2.2 You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without express written consent from Hology Interactive AB.

3. User Content

3.1 You are solely responsible for any content you create or upload using Hology Engine.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms of Service or the law.

4.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
• Uploading malicious code or malware
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Allow others to use the Application with your account information
• Provide, utilize, or allow others to employ or gain entry to the Products and Programs in any of the following contexts: as part of a computer service enterprise, an external contracting operation, a membership or subscription model, a service bureau arrangement, a time-sharing setup, within a hosted service environment, or for the benefit of any external party.
