By accessing or using Hology Engine ("the Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using Hology Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms that may be provided within the Application.

2. License

2.1 Hology Interactive AB grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for your personal or commercial purposes.

2.2 You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without express written consent from Hology Interactive AB.

3. User Content

3.1 You are solely responsible for any content you create or upload using Hology Engine.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms of Service or the law.

4.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
• Uploading malicious code or malware
• Harassing or abusing other users

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Hology Engine retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all related intellectual property rights.

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Hology Engine, except as expressly authorized by Hology Interactive AB.
